« This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! « This property is very retro which is very cool. However the owner needs to spend a little time fixing things up. The bathroom doors dont close properly. The bedroom light goes on after you flip the switch multiple times. The tv in the main bedroom is broken the bathroom in the main bedroom was marked as do not use… seemed that the chain on the flapper was just broken which is an easy fix. The pool table was awesome but of the six pool sticks only one has a tip on it. The main living room was...

« The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert. »

« Every thing was great. Only thing I had to buy was dish soap. Everything else was supplied. One thing I wish was better, is I wish the grass was cut. That way my kids could utilize the backyard and I wouldn’t have to walk through high grass. But overall it was nice for my little family. »
