Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. The kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware, new refrigerator and dishwasher. I would definitely choose this Aparthotel again.

overall a good apart hotel, 14-15 walk to main train station, not a touristy area which i prefer, good size studio, bathroom, wifi was stable, a/c worked well, enough grocery stores and restaurants nearby. mostly a modern business neighborhood, was a good option for me

This apart hotel worked great for our large group. It provided a good mix of reasonably-prices studios, convenient location, parking availability. There was a laundry room that was useful, although the staff use it during the day so it may not be available when you need it.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, we had a smooth check in. However the rooms are very misleading from the pictures that were shown on the website. Our was very cramped, the sofa bed was very squeaky and the main bed was extremely hard which did not give a good nights sleep. The room was also quite run down. The positive was the air conditioning was very good. The other downside was that we were right next to the lifts and could hear them moving up and down all night, this was relentless.

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and looked out over a playground area. The local streets were easy to navigate and had lots of bar and restaurant options. Having umbrellas at the front door is a good idea..would stay again.

The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during a major heat wave and were very grateful for the air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the main train station was a major plus so we can easily go to our next city after our stay. The food in the area was incredible and there’s a massive food hall across the street. Overall glad we made that accidental reservation for next year because we will surely be back!

We only stayed here for one night in a suite, but the room was very nice and included a kitchenette complete with washing machine. I would stay here again and hopefully see more of the city and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and spoke sone English.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating. The minor issue was that the range hood needs a clean as there was the distinct smell in the kitchen that I had to keep the door closed all the time.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly hence the check-in a'd check-out was very smooth. Breakfast was simple home style which is in line with the category of this hotel. Location is perfect. About 10 min to Lyon main train station (Lyon Part Dieu) and about 15lin to river Rhone from there a further 10in to old town.

The location was perfect and convenient to all the attractions. But the room was old, hot, and very run down. It only had AC upon request—which luckily we didn’t use. The shower was nearly impossible to use as it had only a half shower door which terribly on the bathroom floor. The last and probably the worst insult was the breakfast, which was 33 euros for 1 small Americano coffee and 2 mini croissants?! This was an outrageous price for such a basic breakfast! Unfortunately I would not recommend. Thank you

Very updated and comfortable. Nice bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen. Buffet was not great but it’s nice to have. Staff were nice especially Ferhat and Celian. Housekeeping a no show but did manage to get fresh towels. Will be looking for other Citadine properties in the future.
