Comfy family stay

Amazing receptionist who stayed open late for us to check in after the train sabotage around Paris. Super helpful staff and a comfy, well equipped apartment - perfect for the family. Easy to access public transport and quiet, safe area close to all the main transport hubs and the Olympics.

Globalement satisfait mais 2 points négatifs: Dès 6h du matin des portes qui claquent, des gens qui parlent très fort dans le couloir... Le soir la chambre est un peu trop froide : la clim ne fonctionnait pas et le convecteur électrique inadapté.

Séjour d’une nuit pour une hospitalisation tôt le matin. Hébergement juste en face de l’hôpital, parfait. Lit très confortables et aucun bruit dans la nuit. Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

A éviter.

Un point positif : la chambre dispose d'un voulet roulant. Sinon, bâtiment du type années 60/70, du coup sa structure "porte" très bien les bruits intérieurs. Et il y en a, c'est sûr. Les chambres sont munies de (faux) parquet. Donc, à chaque fois que l'un(e) de vos quatre voisin(e)s bouge l'une de ses deux chaises, vous allez en être au courant. (Quand le bois frotte sur le bois, ça s'entend...) Pareil pour le moindre déplacement à l'intérieur de la chambre au-deuss. Résultat : impossible de trouver le soummeil avant minuit. (A deux reprises, c'était plutôt après 2 h du mat'...) Au petit matin (à partir de 5h45 plus précisément), le Grand Lyon nettoie les trottoirs devant l'hôtel, et ce pendant 90 minutes. Ce que vous ne manquerez pas non plus de remarquer. Si vous allez à l'hôtel pou vous reposer : cherchez ailleurs.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement sur des critères de propretés et nous avons été plus que déçus! L’alaise du lit n’est ni changée entre les clients ni même nettoyée. Nous avons retrouvé toutes sortes de saletés , des cheveux, des poils… le problème a continué dans la douche et sur le rebord de l’évier avec encore une fois des poils partout. De plus il y avait d’énorme toiles d’araignées aux coins du plafond. Bref, ça ne vaut clairement pas le prix.

Agréablement surpris par le niveau d'équipements, l'agencement de l'appartement et sa localisation. Il aurait été appréciable de disposer un lampadaire dans la salon, la lumière du plafonnier étant un peu faible.
