"I was in town for the week for work. The house was a perfect environment. Relaxing hot tub, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to everything, without being crowded like everywhere on 30A. Shawn was very committed to making sure that everything was easy and comfortable, from the easy check in, to the clean comfortable house, and always willing to help, but thankfully everything was ready, and didn't need anything. "Upon arrival the house was very clean and in great order, within 24 hours the property owner Very HATEFULLY AND RUDELY explained I couldn’t have golf carts, that we rented for the weekend, fine, we parked at the gas station. About an hour later she threatens eviction, stating it’s not a party house, we traveled with our kids and parents in 2 groups 2 separate rooms we met up together for approximately 20 mins and this woman started going crazy with messages, telling me how she was driving by...

"The house was perfect for our needs (2 little children and 4 adults). Everything we needed was in the house, including beach chairs. The decks are great and we spent most of our time on the decks or on the beach. Because the house is beachfront, it made it really easy to go to the beach with the two little ones. The property manager was very considerate and let us check in a little early which was very helpful as our plane arrived around noonish. We will definitely come back for another stay."
