PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar. The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub. This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people. The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk. My husband and I visited Rosemary beach for the first time recently and it was such and incredibly charming town. Great architecture and small tree lined streets perfect for walking and riding bikes to the local coffee shops and restaurants (which are great). The property was so cute and charming. Jerry was a wonderful host!! Super friendly and welcoming. It’s so nice to book a place and actually be able to speak with the owner. So much more of a personal experience. The apartment itself was wonderful—having access to the washer and dryer was a huge convenience, especially after days at the beach and pool. We loved that restaurants and shops were just a short walk away, making everything so easy. Speaking of walking, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s only a short, peaceful walk to the beach, and the water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful.We also had so much fun on the bikes Jerry provided. They were a surprise bonus and gave us a fun way to explore the area. The variety of pools was amazing too; having both indoor and outdoor options, as well as an onsite hot tub, gave us something new to enjoy every day.I truly can’t say enough about how great this experience was.
