"Resort"? When you book a room, you assume everything about the hotel is included. But no! They charged you a "resort fee" that does not include anything, because they also charge you $15/day for parking and $50/day for an umbrella and beach chairs. It doesn't include breakfast. At the end, the stay is much more expensive. I checked in early, but my room was given 1 hour late.

I did not like that the towels provided by the facility were dirty, luckily we carry are own, and some stuff where broken, like a bunk bed, microwave, and blind, and reported it promptly to the property owner.

Our room was great and spacious. We booked the 1 bedroom suite with bunk beds. The pools were great. Staff was great and super helpful. Ate dinner at Azul and the food was very good. We will definitely stay here again.
