"I like the text option for things we need, like requesting towels. The staff delivered the towels immediately. I like the 24 hours coffee machine because coffee is life! The Internet is fast and reliable. Cable TV is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Tabasco factory at Avery Island. Overall, we had a great stay as a family. "

" I don’t often leave a review and I hate to leave a 10 out of 10 review but this property deserves it. It is a real gem in a small town in south Louisiana. Staff were very friendly and helpful room was quite comfortable. Parking was easy which was important because I was pulling a boat trailer. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant which was closed on Sunday sadly but was open for lunch on Monday. Never had a better Poboy. Definitely on my list for a revisit when I am in the area. "

"We had a double queen bed room and was very spacious and clean. Our room was right above the front desk/lobby and we could hear the music playing 24/7 through the floor/walls. Breakfast was good. I know most hotels don’t have daily room cleaning anymore, but this is one thing that I really don’t like…we only had beds made and fresh towels every other day, We had to got to the front desk to ask for towels and then had to wait several minutes every time, because there was no one at the desk. "
