The alley where it's located was having a Christmas event the day we left. It's close to many restaurants and bars and is also great for walking to the city park. Church Aly is perfect location for walking on Main Street. Church Street Bistro is a fantastic place to have brunch, lunch etc it’s just across the street 50 yards. We had a wonderful stay at the Chalet! I am from New Iberia and am very familiar with the area. There is no better location than this home and the parking is wonderful. Everything was clean and neat and well-stocked. One thing to keep in mind is that we did not have great internet/ WiFi. It was pretty spotty, particularly the TV.
