8.4/10 Very good! (291 reviews)
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars.
The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English.
The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up around 6:00 AM and go to the beach just to secure a beach chair and umbrella. Even then, many of the chairs and umbrellas are in poor condition, with some being broken.
Overall, there are several areas where the hotel could improve significantly, especially the Wi-Fi, communication, beach facilities, and dining options.
That said, I would like to give a special thank you to Hussein for his friendliness and warm welcome. He was genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed during our stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (186 reviews)

It is a charming, quiet place away from the crowding at the market area, and the breakfast in the forest is homemade and very good--you will not go hungry. It is run by a local woman and family who are friendly and ..."
