Avoid this property at all costs.
We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible.
Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

9/10 Wonderful! (91 reviews)
Great property and fantastic central location. Clean and comfortable beds. I would have liked clearer information that key retrieval information comes on the day of arrival, and they could have asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. Other than that all good

"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have ..."
