"Excellent stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The New Hope Loft is perfectly situated in the center of town, making it fully walkable - whether within New Hope or across the bridge to Lambertville. The loft is recently updated and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 3 adults and 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean… mostly. The tub wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked but come to find out that was likely due to the fact that the drain was clogged and was draining very slowly. The tub faucet had a severe leak that flooded the bathroom when taking a shower and the toilet leaked from the tank when flushing. That said, the room was clean, the complimentary breakfast had a pretty good selection, including gluten and dairy free blueberry muffins and bagels, which was extremely helpful for the members of our party with allergies. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. I was upset that we called during the morning to ask to get some extra towels and pillows and about getting the tub drain fixed and when we returned for the evening, it was clear no one had been in the room. We had used all our towels to mop up the mess. We were told that because it was later in the evening, no one else was there to help with anything. The front desk clerk, though he initially had an attitude, did quickly fix the clogged drain, and got us new towels. He offered us a new room, but we were tired and had young kids so we declined. We were very appreciative him fixing the drain so quickly. Be aware they do not do daily housekeeping and you have to exchange your dirty towels to get new ones."
