Nice big comfortable room....very clean and warm...ideal for overnight stay.... Didn't actually see any of the staff ....but then didn't need to....all was well.

It wasn’t where I thought it was. I thought it was the Docks. Just slightly out of the town centre. Liked it though. Good value and comfy bed. Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet

The staff were absolutely lovely. They helped us with directions and other information. The place was clean and comfortable, with lovely toiletries and other treats such as giant cookies! The coffee pod machine was very welcome. It was,a real bonus to have a fridge in the room, complete with bottles of water, and fresh milk to put in our hot drinks. Slippers and bathrobes were provided for our use, which was another nice touch. The breakfasts were amazing too. The hotel is virtually next door to the railway station, so very convenient. The only tiny thing I would mention is the lighting. My eyesight isn't great, and I would have appreciated a brighter light, ir extra sources of lighting, for reading etc after dark On the whole, I have to say that this is one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in. A big Thank You to all the staff who made our stay brilliant.
