I’m really impressed overall with the property and the service provided. The staff were super friendly and really accommodating.
I had never stayed there before, so this was a new one for me, and I just really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend to anybody that's in Tauranga.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, and highly recommended. Large space for our family, and everyone agreed that it was a fantastic place.
Relaxing view of the ocean from the living room, with large windows. The whole apartment was clean and comfortable.

Travelled with family and stayed in two Lakeside chalets for 4 nights. Had a most enjoyable time together. Good amenities and well appointed units with Lots of activities for the children. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for families and group holidays!

The Pacific Motor Inn was recently refurbished and the new owners went above and beyond. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. They put a great deal into the decor, very nice dishes in the kitchen and a great bathroom with heated towel racks and a lovely deep tub. It was very centrally located with ample parking, a small pool and complimentary laundry facilities (which we were very thankful for). I highly recommend the Pacific Motor Inn.

My "balcony" door opened up to a shared wharf of random people looking around, and my room looked directly into the restaurant so people having dinner could see me in my room. They also had an event in the evening and the noise was LOUD. I called reception and no one answered, ...
