"I spent 4 days on this beautiful property!The directions to the house were simple. Due to no scheduling conflict, the owner graciously allowed me to check in early. My Boxer and I walked in to a spotless, open concept house with immediate views of the lake through the glass sliding doors (4 of them). I put my bags down and went outside to the deck. Quiet. Private. Lovely.The owner has left no stone unturned. Forgot soap, a blowdryer, or towel? All supplied. Need to bake, saute, boil or grill? Pots, pans, utensils, charcoal, every dish, mug, and plate needed is there. K cups - decaf and regular, expresso machine, regular coffee pot, and tea pot (with tea bags, creamer, and sugar). Bar equipment. Also, the house smelled amazing, just a soft aroma, not overwhelming. I spent most of my time outside with my dog and listening to the birds and water. The tv in the living room (firestick remote) allowed continuous background music all day and night. There are also tons of dvds of every type of movie you want to see and a variety of books. Worried about the kids being bored? No need. There are many board games, puzzles, a foosball table, and a yard allowing running around. I can see the dock being great to fish or launch the kayak or canoe. I watched the sunrise off of it -wonderful. Bedrooms- beautiful. I slept downstairs- super comfy. Dog area with beds, treats, leashes, etc.Seperate laundry room.Bring yourself, bring your dog(s), bring your family. This place is magical. "

"Our trip was a family winter vacation. We bring a couple of large snowmobile trailers with us, and we are able to park them in their driveway without a problem. This year we were able to do some ice fishing, and some snowmobiling. The trail is right across the street, and quickly leads to the ITS trails. The heated garage is wonderful for putting our sleds in at night. Looking forward to going back next year. "

"Home is very clean and nicely decorated. It was a peaceful and quiet place to spend time relaxing. Snowmobile trails across the road and ice fishing right out the back door. Host was great, responding quickly to questions and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property."

"From the start to finish Gary (our host) was kind, attentive and accommodating! Loved our stay…felt like, Good Ole Maine with the lovely appointed & upgraded home, the beautiful views of the lake and overall feeling of this AWSOME rental. Perfect place for a short get away or a larger family gathering (plenty of space) even with the option of renting an additional over garage apartment. A perfect place to call home for your visit to Maine! "

"It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. This is a get away spot, I recommend, part of which what is not there makes it special. Waldon Pond in a field! I could easly spend a week there doing my writing & a artistic retreat."
