"Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from tin city, 10 minutes to 5th Avenue and short drive to beach. There is also a trolley stop at the back of the hotel. Plenty bars and restaurants within a stones throw. Wonderful view across bay from bar but pointless paying extra for bay view room as there are no balconies. A little noisy, it’s an old building and no need for insulation or double glazing also ac is noisy. Great cocktails, good service "

"I recommend this hotel for any stay you have . I did my research and this was my final choice glad I did . Clean , fast check in , complimentary breakfast, happy hour has complimentary 2 drinks and snacks ( Megan the bartender excellent service, super sweet, and drinks were amazing), room was spacious. Pool was nice , gym was nice open 24/7. Only thing if you don’t have an Uber to the hotel I wish there was a shuttle . But 5 Stars no issues at all. I will book again in the future . "

"Our stay was great. The king room was perfect with a closet for my hanging clothes, the bed was super comfortable. The spouse loved the bathtub. It let his 6foot frame relax after a day out. Breakfast was good each morning with enough of a selection to make it interesting. The only draw back was the coffee machines. Each cup was freshly ground and brewed so we did have a small wait but it was awesome. The pool had a couple of shades tables and a family friendly cabana. The location was lovely. There was plenty of night life on walking distance amd the beach and Sanibel an easy drive away. 10/10 we would visit again."
