"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. "I gave it 5 stars foe Agia Roumeli . Elsewhere a 4\. Its basic, but very adequate. Short walk from ferry at end of strip of restaurants, hotels and markets. Quiet setting, though the wholw town gets nice and quiet once the 5:30 pm ferry leaves. We stayed in room #10 which had a really nice wrap aroubd balcony and a great view if the beach and sea. Breakfast was good and served at their very nice beach bar. Staff were very helpful. I would recommend. We enjoyed staying there overnight and did not...

"All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. It was great to have a plunge pool which was larger than we thought and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and water. Having a waterpark was a huge plus for our boys. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach facilities were - if choosing all inclusive, you paid for nothing at the beach. There were beautiful covered beds, fruit, drinks, and Prosecco served to you as well as a wonderful beach side bar and restaurant as part of the package; you could also pay as you go and use all beach facilities. While we didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty of room for chairs by the main pool, and there were always lounge chairs available by the waterslides. Overall, it seemed really well staffed for the number of guests and never felt crowded. There was a wide variety of food every night, always including high quality Greek food, as well as range of other food that made everyone in our family happy. The fruit trays they offer are phenomenal! It was great to be so central for short day trips to Lake Kournas, Chania and Rethymno. Highly recommended. "
