"I had a problem with my reservation made through Expedia. Proprietor would not work with me to correct the problem. Computer wasn’t working. Intake at desk couldn’t fix computer for me to attempt to check on the situation. I ended up booking another room in Rocklin Holiday inn and saw charged for a room in Roseville that I was unable to stay in. Easter weekend and a concert. Owner could have filled that room but instead wouldn’t honor my mistake when booking and charged me full price for a room I could not used do to traveling with another party staying in Rocklin. I all but begged while standing in front of the intake for some help. He kept asking me to step aside so he could work with other guests. Never would I stay here after this experience. I have stayed in Rocklin Holliday inn and they are fantastic!!!! Beware! They could still refund me. Expedia said they could and were trying to help me but owner of hotel refused to be flexible. "

"Pretty basic hotel, with its greatest asset being next door to The Galleria Mall. The room was acceptable as were the amenities. We had some loud neighbors, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and found a room on another floor to move too so that would could sleep. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so that deserves a five star from me."
