7.8/10 Good! (1,009 reviews)
My stay at this hotel was horrible. The room was extremely dirty, and the walls had stains that appeared to be feces/poop, which was disgusting and unacceptable.
We also asked for additional towels, but the staff refused and told us that we had already been given enough towels for our 3-day stay. We also requested that our room be cleaned, but we were told that rooms are only cleaned every three days. This was very disappointing, especially considering how dirty the room already was.
The overall cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not stay here again. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
