No tengo palabras para describir la excelente atención por partes de todos los empleados,me sentí mejor que en casa .en verdad me senti en familia en éste resort. GRACIAS a la animación,gracias al mejor cervicio tales como meseros y cocinero limpieza ,todos muy atentos al mejor cervicio. Excelente servicio. Son los mejores ❤️ 💕 💖

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

Hotel is mediocre. Decent dining, beach and pools are nice. The rooms are dated and the mattresses are absolutely awful. It was like sleeping on a rock. There is really not much in the form of entertainment or things to do at the resort. If you are going to just relax by the pool and on the beach for a decent price then okay if you can get past the hardest bed you have ever slept in.

The property has all you need and more. The staff is friendly and resourceful. The resort is spotless, clean and not crowded

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
