"The first room they put us in was dirty and not what I had booked or paid for. There was a blood stain on the fitted sheet. There were two dead spiders on the window shades. The bathroom sink had no cabinet and was on the outside of the bathroom. The shower had no pressure at all. The staff were very helpful and polite. They did communicate quickly. But I had to demand to be moved and they wanted me to then be out of the room from 11-4 but I insisted that didn't happen. This was supposed to be a romantic Anniversary trip turned into engagement but having to fight for the room I booked became stressful. They didn't offer us anything extra the customer service needs to be better. I am very disappointed with this stay. The place needs some work for sure the stairs are also breaking. But the breakfast and staff were great though. "
