I would go back to this hotel many times over. Above and beyond customer service in every capacity. The staff were so friendly! The hotel was laid out very well with many photo opts . The beaches were pristine and very safe. The entertainment was fantastic. This place was quiet and not too busy good for a quieter individual. Lovely. Lovely!!!

The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance. The check out staff was very, very helpful. Luis was the only fluent English speaking person and he went overboard in assisting us, made us feel like family. He brought our luggage down, translated for us with the transportation guy, and made sure we had breakfast. He had the staff mail some postcards for me. He, Eidily and Brandon stayed with us until our transportation came and waved goodbye, just like we were family. I would definitely stay there again. If you want a quaint, clean newly renovated place to stay, Soficu Eden Dominicus is the place to stay.

We were only at this resort for 1 night prior to boarding a cruise ship and after the cruise, we definitely thought we should have stayed at the resort and blew off the cruise. Excellent service, excellent location, beautiful amenities. Highly recommend.

We are visiting this hotel for 6 years. It’s finally noticeable that hotel is getting old. Beach and ocean are excellent, but bedding and infrastructure are getting old.
