Everything was great — some minor damages and scratches but nothing huge. Definitely a comfortable stay. There is no elevator just an FYI! Having garage parking was very nice!

Room was clean, staff was courteous upon checking in. Location is not the best, as it's on a busy road with lots of traffic and noise that can be heard in the room. Lots of homeless people in the area. Secured parking is ideal and offered, which is a plus.

I recently stayed at Quality for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, and this was a perfect location. The staff was nice and the hotel overall was quiet and clean. I would stay here again for another concert.
