Stayed here with my wife and daughter 3-10-23 to attend a concert at SoFi. This property is not bad. I would stay here again, but I would be better prepared. Do not have high expectations if you stay here! The staff is friendly, but you will be asked for a $100 cash deposit at check in. Card is accepted if you do not have cash. DO NOT expect ANY amenities. In a room with two queen beds, we had 1 bar of soap, 1 microwave, 4 plastic cups, 1 refrigerator, and towels and wash cloths for two people, and a tv. No coffee, shampoo, hangars, any of the usual motel goodies. The room was clean and had been remodeled. There was no holder for the toilet paper and the cover over the vent fan in the bathroom was missing so upon initial turn on it dropped dust bunnies all over the toilet. I did not feel unsafe, but do expect noise from being near the airport and a busy street. It is in walking distance from SoFi. Again, all in all not bad, but do not have high expectations.

No smoke detector. No coffee maker. Required $100 cash deposit. No hangers in closet. No telephone. No bedside lamp. It was clean, safe, comfortable beds and off-street parking. Smelled of stale cigarette.
