Kyla was an AMAZING host, with timely and excellent communication prior to arrival and while we were there. She was super responsive to an issue that arose during our stay and was quick to solution and resolution. She was always warm, friendly, and professional.The unit was exactly as described, with an unbeatable location (e.g., near the airport, studios, Hollywood), excellent amenities, and a clean and open feeling. The back yard was a fabulous place to have breakfast and catch the sunrise among the hummingbirds and mourning doves! Nice to have the peace of mind with the off-street parking as well, although the neighborhood felt totally safe walking to Bob's Big Boy at night for dinner.As others have noted, the beds were a bit soft and some sounds from upstairs can bleed through, but it's to be expected for this charming apartment built in the 40's. Host is nice, helpful and quick to communicate. This unit was a BOTTOM FLOOR Unit, ugh but has everything you need to stay. Our biggest issue was the beds, they need SERIOUS updating. Master bed was the better of the 3 options but very soft and you roll to the middle due to lack of support. The couch pull out has got to go. My 10 year old slept here and she doesnt even weigh 100 lbs and the bed was sagging and worn down, we did put the extra mattress from closet on top to give her some support. My 13 year old that weights 110 lbs slept on the air mattress that evidently has a slow leak because by morning she was rolled to the middle nearly touching the ground. For a place meant mainly to sleep in the beds need to be brought up to par. ##### Jamie L. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Very clean, updated older building, comfortable bed but no box spring. The apartment is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. Parking in the rear is very helpful. Great location.
