The layout is spacious and the window placement allows for lots of natural light, but still allows for privacy since there is a high gate and trees from the laneway entrance. The location was great - easy access to Venice and the surrounding area. The home is spotless and filled with interesting books, and lots of toys and blankets! Jade was so wonderful; we really can't thank her enough for her hospitality. She went above and beyond (great conversation, thoughtful during our stay, fresh baked bread, a nice little gift for the 3 1/2 year old). Every detail has been considered, down to the perfect bottle opener. Jade was gracious and available, but had total privacy. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one will be hard to beat. Everything is well thought out and designed on the property. It is very family friendly inside and out. You will enjoy playing in the backyard surrounded by fruit tress and a super fun pet (I won't give away the surprise). We walked to Abbott Kinney and to the shops along Lincoln. This house is in the heart of everything and is still very quiet and private. The light is amazing and while the square footage sounds small it feels very spacious. We went with two adults and two teenagers and felt like we all had plenty of space. ##### D Z.
