They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. « Stayed in the Moon Gazer gypsy caravan. It has ‘lived’ but is cute, quirky and the bed/bedding was lovely. Quiet and private with a bird song orchestra we had lovely weekend drinking locally brewed ale/cider and listening to local ‘turn up and play’ folk musicians. Superb weekend all round. »

« We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location. »

« Hôtel plein de charme, pas de doute on est bien en Angleterre. Seul gros bémol, l’isolation de la fenêtre de ma chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Impossible de dormir après 4h du matin avec le passage des voitures. »

« Difficile de trouver l'hôtel - manque de détails sur la fiche de réservation. Très mauvaise surprise que le restaurant n'offrait que des plats indiens car nous n' aimons pas cette cuisine. Les informations données sur le restaurant ne le précisent pas. Malgré ceci le dîner était acceptable et pour ceux qui aiment les plats épicés même bien. Le personnel était très sympa, même si il y avait des problèmes de compréhension, même pour nous des anglophones. Pour nous, les matelas étaient trop durs....

« Thank you for an Absolutely a fantastic stay, the room is a good size with every amenity and extra luxury touches, you want for nothing. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked well and fresh and plenty. The bed is huge and soft. And the hosts themselves couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome Would definitely stay again »

« Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too. »
