The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. However the property is old and not upkept.

This property is an absolute gem. It should be a six star!

Prime location, walking distance to town, clean room with beautiful view, breakfast is delicious.

Staff was great!!! Balcony facing the lake was a great way to relax in the evening!!!!

This is an amazing location for the wonderful view. It is roughly a few kilometers from the Limone center and therefore you have to find a walkable path. It is very modern… a bit sterile and super clean. I loved my stay once I figured out the lay of the land. I didn’t like seeing the campground under the road from my room or the noise from the road because you are close to the road. However I would stay here again for the cleanliness, the view and the slightly out of town location. Everyone is super friendly. There at e a few cute beach bars under the bridge as well
