Staff made a mistake with our room and we had to switch after checking in.
The room we were moved to hadn't been updated in at least a couple of decades and the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. My wife and I spent the night rolling into each other due to the massive sag in the middle of the mattress. We cancelled a follow up stay for our return trip 2 weeks later.

Unique accommodation very clean and well maintained with excellent amenities. Although there was a localised power cut the evening we were there the sunset from the front porch made up for it. Only issues was noisy air conditioning units in rooms where not turned off which could be heard throughout the building.

"The only negative I can say, is that the dining room is in another building and it was pouring with rain when we needed to go for breakfast. The property does have quite steep inclines to walk to the dining room. If you are a senior or have mobility concerns make sure to ask for a ground floor room. ..."
