This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. « What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. « The apartment was perfect! The apartment was very clean and had a nice view. We rented a boat for a day and had a fabulous time. Lake Norman is absolutely beautiful. The apartment has limited cookware if you are looking to cook, but close to a ton a great restaurants. The locals are very kind, and lots of dog-friendly spots. We highly recommend the area. Vacasa was fantastic with communication. »

A lot of living essentials are provided which was an added bonus. There are lots of updated amenities which gives it a modern feel. There are a set of stairs to apartment A, this may not be feasible for a person who has difficulty with stairs. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! »
