Not often these days that I'm pleasantly surprised by a hotel but I certainly was this time! The spec of room and quality of food made the price of the room with breakfast very good! Staff were lovely and a great selection of beers on tap, not that I tried any on this occasion, typical as usually when I do fancy a beer it's the same old rubbish. Outstanding, can't wait for an excuse to stay here again.

First room was shocking, toilet seat fell off, dirt around windows and extremely smelly.
Room changed. Second room the shower spray pointed in every direction but down.
The bar staff stated that she can not pour certain pints or halves of cider, either poor training or not interested.
Check took for ever and totally unorganised.
The breakfast was what can only be described as disgusting. Coffee machine did not work. One of our worst hotel experiences ever.

"Hotel Location is great. Room was great. Breakfast possibly one of the worst experiences. Tables dirty and not cleared. Waiting for cutlery, drinks dispensers to be refilled, the food to be replenished. Spent more time queuing and waiting than we did eating"
