I cannot recommend this property. One bed had a spring sticking out of it, another had a broken frame. A broken bedframe! It was impossible to sleep. The shades were transparent so the apartment was bright all night. It was very loud, as it's at a major intersection. It was also tiny and hard to fit more than one person in the hall at a time. I canceled one night and even though both hotels.com and the property agreed that I should be refunded the night since it was within the free cancellation window, I never got the refund. The room itself is poor, and the owners could do a better job of cleaning the kitchenette. The entranceway was awful. When I couldn't open the door to the room because the key was super fiddly, I was about 30 seconds away from calling a friend and asking to sleep on her couch. Once I was in, it was alright. Fairly quiet despite being on a busy street. Shower kept changing its mind about the temperature it wanted to be, but it worked. I picked up and dropped off the keys from a connivence store down the block. That’s fine if I was expecting an Air B&B but not what I expect from Hotels.com. The room was unbearably hot but opening the windows wasn’t an option because the traffic noise (sirens, honking, motorbikes revving) goes on for 24 hours a day. I ended up buying a fan.
