Excellent location! Just 2 minutes walk from Gloucester Road station and approximately 15 minute walk to the Albert Hall. Lovely looking building from the outside and nice welcoming reception area and staff. My only criticism is we were given a room on the lower ground floor and although it’s possibly just a personal thing I would have preferred a higher floor. Aside from this the room was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and nicely made and there was plenty of space for us. We chose to add on breakfast which was a continental style and perfectly adequate. The staff were very attentive, everything was being replenished regularly so couldn’t fault it for the extra we paid. Overall a great stay and would definitely return if I could be guaranteed a room on a higher floor.
