Overlooking leafy Brook Green, this elegant high-ceilinged two-bedroom flat offers a comfortable base with generous living spaces, beautiful paintings and art work, and thoughtful details throughout. You are well connected by transport links, only a five minute walk from both Hammersmith underground and Kensington Olympia overground. The flat is perfectly suited for families or groups looking to explore London. You are a 15 minute walk from the elegant cafes of High Street Kensington, and close to the famous Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. You are also only a stroll away from the River Thames at Hammersmith, abuzz with historic pubs and lively eateries. Brook Green itself offers tennis courts just opposite the flat and the surrounding streets are well served by destination gastro pubs and restaurants.  
  
Enter into a spacious hallway leading to the heart of the home – a large main sitting room, framed on all sides by high windows overlooking the Green. The sitting room includes a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining table, and an impressive library for readers. The kitchen, decorated in tasteful midnight blue, is fully equipped with a gas hob, double oven, large fridge and dishwasher. Here, a dining table set into the bay window sits up to six guests, ideal for enjoying relaxed meals together. An open-plan study – offering a monitor for laptops - is also available for those needing to work from home.  
  
The first bedroom features a double bed, ornamental fireplace, large desk, and more bookshelves. The master bedroom includes a super king-size bed, bay window, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo. An additional family bathroom, beautifully tiled, also provides a shower over bath, sink, and loo. Please note a third bedroom will remain locked.
