Je le recommande fortement pour les couples voulant passer un week end pas loin du centre de Londres ayant un petit budget pour l'hébergement. Fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig personal, och det är det som räddar hotellet från ett absolut bottenbetyg. Hotellet hade behövt totalrenoveras för 15 år sedan då vissa saker mer eller mindre trillar isär. Där sitter ingrodd smuts som måste ha tagit många år att bygga upp utan att en trasa hittat dit, så någon med detaljkänsla och en rejäl arsenal med städutrustning skulle behöva gå igenom rummen ordentligt. Choosing that hotel was definitely one of the biggest regret of my life! The staff were unnecessary hostile towards me. They didn't want me to use any of the kitchen utensils like oven and microwave! I stayed for 5 nights and my room was cleaned just once! and when I complained I almost got beaten up! I literally bought myself a towel from jst to be on the safe side! I will never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy. Believe me I'm not framing things up I experienced everything firsthand. I wished I never stayed in that HOTEL FROM HELL!!! There's this particular lady, she literally shouted at me and almost got physical just because I wanted my room cleaned!!!
