Balcony was covered in bird poo including the outdoor table and chairs. Bedding was old, pillows were flat, carpets were dirty, window in bedroom did not close properly. All though the owner offered to amend the things listed above we did not stay. The property should have been cleaned and things should have been fixed before we arrived. We were travelling with our 85 year old mother and could not stay in a place in this condition. After appealing to the owner, no refund was given. ##### Tanya W. The apartment was perfect for our first visit to the UK! Stephen was patient with my questions and so helpful. When we arrived checkin was easy and the apartment was exactly as described. It was comfortable with plenty of towels and nice extras like pods for the espresso machine and a bottle of water. The Co-OP nearby was great for picking up a few staples and Boxpark was so fun! Many different restaurants there from all nationalities- we went somewhere new every time we ate there. Train station right outside the front door made it easy to get where we wanted to go. Lastly was the view from the apartment. It was so gorgeous! We would definitely rent this property again and we do plan to return. ##### Dianne R.
