The original Pump House station was built in 1900 and was converted in 2000\. The house extends over 4 floors and it arranged with a neutral décor and a subtle African theme. The ground floor lounge has bi-folding doors which lead into a lovely private decked garden. There is also a double bedroom and shower room and toilet on this floor which is suitable for older people.. The top floor (3rd floor) is penthouse style with a king size bed & en suite, sky lights and small roof terrace. Total size is approx 30sqm. A modern kitchen is on the first floor with smeg appliances, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge 46'LCD TV, free Internet, Sky Satellite channels, DVD, video entry phone. The second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and an over head shower and toilet. The whole house can accommodates 8 people (two per room) but on request we can have up to 10 persons for an extra fee. All bedrooms are double. The gated property has parking for one car and a walkway to the Canada Water tube station, which makes it ultra convenient for Central London, Stratford and the Olympic Village. It was great to have two livings rooms- my in-laws are older and they utilized the bottom floor mostly. It was so easy to get everywhere in London. After a few days even our timid (raised in the country) teens felt comfortable walking the 2 minutes to the tube and going somewhere on their own. It was just so convenient to be so close to the tube/bus station. We walked to eat at two nearby restaurants- The Mayflower (the fish was so good! This place was mere steps from the Canada Water tube and overground station and a bus depot. Four bedrooms gave each couple plenty of privacy with a large living room for family gathering. It was clean and spacious and gave every one the ability to have private space but there was plenty of room for us to be together too. Nic, the owner, was super responsive and accommodating and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The proximity to the tube was fabulous and we could be just about anywhere within 20 minutes roughly. We also enjoyed exploring the area around the property. We each got our own bedroom and shared a total of 3 bathrooms throughout. Apartment is centrally located next to the tube and overground so getting around the city is easy. The house had everything we needed and having 3 bathrooms allowed us all to have space and easily get ready each day. Having the Canada Waters tube next door (1 minute walk) made getting around quick and easy. There is a Sainsburys (small) just around the corner and a Tesco around 10 minutes walk away so it is easy to get anything that you need. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. The addition of the christmas tree was also perfect and especially loved by my 3 year old. Thank you for an amazing trip. The house is lovely ina safe gated area ##### Zoe T.
