Property Details:

This 83-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a private balcony and outdoor terrace. All outdoor spaces are strictly non smoking. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The Master bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed and and faces a quaint street and other buildings. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All linens and bedding are provided and you'll find the beds neatly made on arrival. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets. The first bathroom is en-suite to the Master bedroom and the second bathroom is accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

The Holborn Neighbourhood is the ideal location for those looking to explore London by foot or Tube. The River Thames is just a stone’s throw away where you can stroll along the riverbanks; admire the views from London’s famous bridges, including the impressive Millennium footbridge or the famous Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral is located down the road and is a must-see for history lovers. Fleet Street is full of traditional English pubs and home to some of the oldest alehouses in London such as Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese. Head over to Covent Garden to explore its covered markets and grab a bite to eat. The neighbourhood is full of theatres for those looking to see a West End musical, comedy show or other performances. Cross over the Thames to reach the London Eye and take a ride to view London from above. The area is also home to some of London’s best restaurants and there’s sure to be something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Appartement bien localisé.Les instructions pour récupérer les clefs étaient claires. Nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour les avoir.L'appartement était propre mais nécessite tout même quelques rénovations car vieillissant et abîmé.Nous étions 6. L'espace était suffisant. Dommage qu'il manquait juste une chaise autour de la table.La communication avec le gérant était simple et facile.

We actually didnt get a chance to stay here. We arrived to the third party pick up location for the keys and were told the code had expired. Tried calling, emailing, whats apping the host with no luck. I contacted VRBO who also couldnt reach the owner or property management. We ended up having to book a new rental for our stay. The host contacted me the next day, 13 hours later. All my contact efforts were made during their listed hours of operations. The lack of communication and difficulties trying to reach someone is the reason why i would not recommend this stay, unless you like being stranded for over 13 hours or paying the additional cost for a new rental at your expense. I did ask the owner for a refund on which they denied saying the home was ready. It may have been cleaned and ready but they keys were not available, and neither were they.

Disgusting

I was charged twice for this property, and to this day I’m still arguing the toss with them.My bank has now taken over the argument as they are still denying taking the full payment twice.The property is very dated and need an awful lot of work doing to it. The floors are disguising and you can not even touch the blinds as the fall apart when doing so.I had NO communication from the host until the day before, despite me emailing, whats apping and contacting Vbro.Vebro had to issue a warning before the actually made contact.This made my whole experience very stressful, I even thought it was a hoax place.Very disappointed as it was a family trip for my son’s 21 st birthday. The apartment was tatty and not at all what it had been advertised as.We were terrified to touch anything incase the host also kept the 800 deposit they had also taken.Be aware you have to change all the beds empty the bins clean from top to toe to get your deposit back. Not a good experience and will NEVER use again.

A wonderful stay in this charming apartment

About the flat: it's warm, cozy, and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a meal when we preferred staying in. The location: couldn’t be better! Situated in a vibrant area of London, we were able to walk to so many iconic sights and attractions. The Thames, the West End, and a variety of cafes and shops were just minutes away, and public transport was also super convenient for getting around. Check-in: easy, the host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

Leider eine große Enttäuschung gewesen von Anfang bis Ende.Als wir den Schlüssel abholen wollten, hatten wir den falschen Pin bekommen. Daraufhin haben wir weder den Gastgeber, noch die Marklerfirma erreicht. Als wir uns dann ganz am Ende am FeWo gewendet haben, haben wir dann nach 45 Minuten endlich den richtigen Pin bekommen. So haben wir fast zwei Stunden draußen auf einer Straße warten müssen.In der Wohnung angekommen mussten wir dann leider feststellen, das sehr viel Schimmel im Bad vorhanden ist. Zudem hat die Toilettenspülung erst kaum funktioniert und nach einem Tag gar nicht mehr. Der Fernseher hat zudem auch nicht funktioniert. BNB Nova sollte sich um die komplette Abwicklung kümmern und wir sollten uns auch bei Problemen an Sie wenden. Da kam jedoch immer noch deutlich später eine Antwort und nie eine Hilfe. Weder das mit der Toilettenspülung, noch das mit dem Fernseher konnte während unserem Aufenthalt geklärt werden. Zudem waren diverse Lampen Defekt und die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Preis/Leistung einfach viel zu Teuer und schlechter Zustand schlechter Service.Kann nur von dieser Wohnung und von der Firma BnB Nova abraten.

Great Location, Secure and Great Communication

The best part of this apartment was its location! We were dropping off our son to study abroad in London from California and he is studying in the Strand and this location was perfect! We walked to a lot of places like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus and St. Patrick's Cathedral. There were little things that I did not like such as the tiny showers and one that was very dangerous to get in and out. When we arrived, it was very cold outside and so very cold inside and we had a hard time figuring out how the heaters worked so it was several hours before we felt warmth in the apartment. I could also not figure out how the bathrooms did not have electrical outlets in the bathroom. I had to blow dry and flat iron my hair in the kitchen. But all in all, we really liked it. Good restaurants all around and very close to the tube which was convenient and the location is very secure. Ubers have a hard time arriving since they are very small streets and one ways but we made it work when we had to use them. The apartment manager was very responsive and I felt like I could reach them pretty quickly when I had concerns or questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Trip to London

Excellent apartment, plenty of space to relax from walking around London all day. Easy access to underground stations to able to get to any place in the city. Building is very secure. Checkin was easy and communication between the management company always was prompt when I needed to contact them. Would love to stay here again next time in London.

If you're looking for a cozy spot to experience the best of London, this is it!

I just loved my recent stay at this charming flat in Holborn! It’s right in the heart of London, making it super easy to explore everything on foot or by Tube. We enjoyed morning walks along the River Thames and even caught a show at a nearby West End theatre. The flat itself was so welcoming and beautifully furnished. The beds were super comfy, perfect after a long day of sightseeing, and the kitchen was a delight—fully equipped for us to cook meals when we weren't sampling local restaurants. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful, too—very friendly and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and returned our deposit quickly after we checked out.
