Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We had to wait almost 2 hours for the guy to show up and bring the keys.. You have to climb a crazy amount of stairs until you reach the apartment. It was not like what was shown in the pictures. We did not have any soaps, towels etc... no WiFi was provided and they told us it needs to be set up but it never did. the beds were not clean and had hair. Overall, you can tell it was a pretty bad experience! The only good thing about it is the location..
