Reached out to me several times to make sure that everything was as expected. The location is great, just a short walk from both St Pancras, and the Russell Square tube station. The Brunswick Centre is just around the corner and has all sorts of dining and shopping options. The flat is clean and basic. The pictures were accurate, and the description spot on. Everything works and it is well stocked. No issue finding the extra towels and bedding. The lift only stops at even numbered floors so there is always a walk up at least a flight. I found the neighbourhood to be quiet. Never heard any noise from the adjacent flats. Was the perfect location for my stay. ##### Gwilym F. Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2024
