The only inconvenience is that the place to receive the key is another place. It is very unreasonable to take the subway to arrive at another expense.Opening the door is just a password, and the key can be picked up in the key box. In fact, as long as the owner informs us of the password after confirming the order, it can directly pick up the key to the apartment without having to go to the hotel to collect it. This is a waste of time and money! This really needs to be improved. It is far from the city centre and the residence is about 8 minutes to 10 minutes from the subway station. The apartment was perfect, nice lounge, kitchen and separate bedrooms for the kids (age 15, 12) to hang out in the evening after we had seen the sites in London. Lots of great communication from the agent before we arrived, so the collection of the keys on arrival was easy from their safe key storage box, no hassle. To get into Covent Garden from Warwick Av tube took only 15 minutes, so ideally situated to explore London. Euston train station is only 15/20 minutes (in traffic) by taxi around £16 sterling - June 2019\. 10 out of 10, we will be returning later in the year. ##### patrick Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Elisabetta Aug 24, 2018 #### Ci tornerei sicuramente Siamo stati a Londra 6 giorni prima di partire verso Liverpool. Abbiamo visitato tutto il possibile in così poco tempo. L’appartamento è bellissimo e molto pulito, la cucina comoda e piena di elettrodomestici. La vicinanza alla metro (la fermata più vicina è chiusa il sabato e la domenica) rende la posizione comodissima. Horror! Bloß nicht buchen! Das Zimmer Nr. neun war der pure Horror. Das gesamte "Hotel" hat diesen Namen nicht verdient, nicht mal als Hostel würde das durchgehen. Es ist einfach nur widerlich. Ich frage mich, wie diese Einrichtung überhaupt durch den Check kommt: Teppich im Zimmer ist versifft, feucht und klebrig. Es stinkt muffig und nach Schimmel. Überall ist Dreck, auf dem Boden, an den Wänden, auf den Regalen. Eine Kaminöffnung wurde mit einem Brett verschlossen, aber nicht dicht, so dass an den Ritzen Luft und Dreck durchkamen. Dort stand genau ein Bett mit dem Kopfende davor. Im Zimmer steht ein winziger Holzkasten mit Schiebetür, darin ist die Toilette! Ist das etwa "en suite"? Es ist kein Badezimmer, es ist ein Klo im Schrank - mitten im Zimmer! Ekelhaft. Daneben ist eine Duschkabine, mitten im Raum, sie steht auf Teppich. Dadurch ist alles feucht und schimmelt. Die Bettdecken haben gestunken, wir haben uns so geekelt! Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort, wir hatten große Angst um unsere Gesundheit. An der Rezeption steht ein großes Schild "No refunds" also keine Erstattungen. Man sagte uns, die Kreditkarte (nur zur Sicherheit angegeben!) wurde bereits belastet. Frechheit! Frühstück musste man sich einfordern, es wurde nicht auf Gäste geachtet. Die Angestellte stand in der Küche und hat mit dem Mobiltelefon gespielt. Es gab verbranntes Toastbrot und Marmelade, Müsli (sah alt aus). Kaffee, Tee, kalte Milch, ein Saft. Mehr nicht. Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht.
