Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offering is decent similar to most hotels on the continent. The mini bus to the ski lifts is very reliable, I think it would be really great if it ran later into the evening.

There are so many things to recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning; the room was so lovely, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view ; the location, away from the centre of town, is amazing - directly on a path which will lead you up to a wonderful hike; beautiful dining room with wonderful food and staff. The location and the views at the hotel cannot be beat. But most of all, the staff is absolutely terrific. They are all friendly, personable, and so so helpful . Paola, Andrea, and Emanuela went above and beyond to help us solve a couple of transportation problems. Wonderful experience, and we cannot wait to return!
