First room, a pod, was not soundproof at all and was very dusty. We went to manager who responded appropriately and gave us a discount on a regular room and included breakfast. Good customer service, food was great and atmosphere was fun!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. I really liked the room decor, and the coffee machine was a nice touch that I especially enjoyed.
The only small issue was the shower head—the settings were a little strange and took some getting used to. Overall, though, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

We were on a Viking River cruise and my wife became ill. We decided to forgo the rest of the cruise due to drought on the Rhine which meant long bus rides. That made deciding to rest up and hopefully finish our European adventure on a high note. The staff at hotel gave us a fresh start

We picked this hotel because the listing said there was a pool, but it was under construction when we got there. Had we known that we would have chosen another hotel.
There’s not AC and it was hot!
The WiFi was terrible to the point we could not even use it much if the time.
I would not recommend this hotel.
