The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

Excellent position for exploring Cologne, very helpful staff and nice clean room, couldn’t ask for more

The hotel is located in a quiet side-street in Cologne, seemingly well away from any shops, bars, restaurants. The largest drawback however was that the hotel only served breakfast, had no lounge or bar area to chill & relax, & so could really only be used for sleeping & breakfast. However, we soon located a very good - reasonably expensive - steakhouse near bye, & a collection of resturarnts about 15 minutes easy stroll away. I was attending a trade fair at the Cologne Messe, which was around 10mins away by cab, circa £16 each way. My wife used the time I was away at the show to walk along the Rhine, into Cologne centre, easy 25mins walk to the Cathedral. Nice hotel, but would not use again because of the dining/bar situation.

It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!
