Cleanliness, the one clerk, male on the 21st afternoon was awesome! The one on night shift not so much but he was great. Beds were comfy, breakfast was awesome!

For what we paid for the room, it was disappointing. Staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived and our room had a bit stain on the floor and just subpar for a Hyatt Regency property -- just expected more.

Friendly staff members, easy check-in. The room was very clean. My room did not have a microwave but I didn't need it anyways. It had a little fridge tho. I asked for a later check-out and the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville. I know I would stay here again.
