It was so nice, and it is a college campus, so it is really safe. Pet-friendly and good breakfast. Parking is way too expensive. No need to charge $50 a night when there is plenty of parking.

Easy and accessible location to my business meetings in central DC. Vouchers for the bar was a nice touch but missed having coffee facilities in my room and patchy supply of bottled water. I also didn’t understand the Amenity Charge of $34 per day. What was that for really?

The room was very small, but clean and quiet. The most noticeable shortcoming was the lack of accessible outlets near the beds for charging devices. A couple usb charging stations would have been great. The location of the hotel for visiting GWU and all the government buildings and museums was excellent.

The property was well-maintained, clean and spacious, and the staff was responsive. The amenities of the building were nice (gym, game room, and rooftop). The apartment amenities could be described more accurately so guests can be better prepared. For example, the washer/dryer is a combination unit and it did not work well for a family. Also, it states that they provide detergent, coffee, shampoo, etc. but it was small samples and not sufficient for full stay.
