"We were in town for a conference at the convention center and the hotel location is convenient. It was a 7-10 min walk. The area seemed fairly safe but would recommend female visitors walk in group of 2 or more. There are many homeless near the convention center area and in the evenings people coming to the area for entertainment become very loud and rowdy. The hotel staff in the breakfast area were very sweet and accommodating! However, housekeeping seemed disorganized, forgetting to service our room, forgotten delivery of towels that were requested, etc. Maybe they are short staffed? The front desk kept saying they were "very busy" and didn't seem to know how to handle these issues so we ended up borrowing supplies (towels, tissue paper) from a friend staying in another room."

"My room took a few minutes later to be ready but everything was impeccable, I didn't like that the charging station for electric cars didn't work the truth and well the elevator was also broken, but service, room, hotel location and breakfast were very good"

"The hotel is very nice but there were a few issues during my stay. The AC was not working well the first night. Maintenance resolved that on day two. Housekeeping was hit or miss, with little attention to detail. Towels were refreshed daily, but the trash was missed one day and water bottles were not refreshed until my last evening. My bed was not made up. The room has a stale cigarette smoke smell. The staff is either overworked or undertrained."

"The place was clean and well-kept. Basic essentials were provided which is so thoughtful: paper towels, dishwashing soap, toiletries, towels, utensils, cookware, coffee, extra sheets for pull out bed. The only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud and it turns on when you turn the bathroom light on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thank you!"

"From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen area, but they looked really nice and upscale. I did see protein and low carb snacks. We definitely would stay there again."
