"Front Desk staff not very helpful/generous. Could have easily swapped is into a single king bed for an older couple rather than a double queen. She tried to "upsell" us from a double queen for $20. Really? We felt that was tacky. As Hilton Honors members (who have booked 3 other hotel stays in the last month, that seemed like an easy gesture. She was very snotty about it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired i would have walked right out and canceled the whole reservation. We won't be booking with Hilton in the future if that's the way they nickel and dime their customers. "

"Ample parking. The rooms are all unique with different personalities. Every floor has a common area to get a freshly brewed of coffee. It was our second time staying here and we loved it. "

"For the price we paid the hotel was in terrible condition. It was being renovated. The ceilings were exposed. There were homeless and drunk people in front of the main entrance. There was a belligerent, drunk lady hanging out in the lobby with her drunk friend yelling obscenities at top lung. I had to cut my trip short by a day was told at the front desk that an adjustment will be made, and then they denied the adjustment through Expedia."

"Walls were paper thin. Could hear full conversations word for word in neighboring rooms. Could hear people snoring easily. Terrible night sleep."

"The hotel was clean enough but lots of garbage laying around the outside of the property that took more than a day to clean up. We stayed 3 nights and asked a room attendant who was right outside our door to please just empty the garbage, nothing else needed done and she said ok. We came back that night and she didn’t empty them- I don’t think anyone came into the room and of the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated not long ago (they have the mirror with the button in the mirror that you touch to turn on lights inside the mirror) but there are no fans to vent the shower. You can’t use the mirrors because it takes forever for the mirror to clear on its own unless you leave the bathroom door open. Overall, the hotel was fine for just sleeping at night. Nothing to be excited about, especially for the prices they charge per night."
