The parking was difficult to find but the staff knows this and sends you detailed directions. Beautifully restored building but there was
some flaking paint on the ceilings of the room we were in.

No staff, limited snacks, but neat place in great location. Restaurant next door was fantastic.
An absolutely wonderful experience. The Rose Room at the Peter Herdic Inn was beautifully designed, very welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Check in was very easy with many thanks to Lindsey, who was phenomenal with her easy communication and availability to us.
We look forward to returning to Williamsport and booking the Peter Herdic Inn for all of our future visits. We also highly recommend the adjoining restaurant for an exquisite dinner experience.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The self check in made everything so easy. The inn is exquisite -- although it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was so pretty having the Christmas decor throughout the downstairs rooms. My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient.
A real treat. I've been coming to Williamsport for years, heard about millionaire's row and finally took a stroll and spent a couple of nights. The restaurant is awesome, food was delicious and then some.
Wonderful historic hotel with good location, clean spacious room. The room was warm with no discernible AC availability. A fan would have been appreciated and it will be very warm in the summertime.
We stayed for a night on a holiday weekend. A number of restaurants were closed the Morning of checkout. But the owners were so sweet, even though they don’t serve breakfasts on Mondays they still made all the guests breakfast. It was really sweet, we definitely appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely recommend the place on service alone. The house itself is beautiful and our stay was amazing!
The breakfasts were great. Everyday something new and interesting was cooked up. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Other guests were very interesting. The old house has tons of character. Yet, old houses need lots of touch up and this house needs a little freshening up in the bedroom and bathroom areas. We will be coming back.
The only negative we have with the visit and stay is that access to the parking was not provided until after we circled several blocks multiple times looking for a way in. Only after a phone call to a VM did we receive a text as to how to gain access. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay.
This place was dark, dingy, unwelcoming, and cold. Not at all what we were expecting. Apparently the owners are getting older and don't appear to have much interest in welcoming their guest. The website referenced a "gourmet breakfast". We were told by the host there wouldn't be breakfast served and she recommended a few local restaurants. I was understanding the price included breakfast. We were quite happy that our reservation was for only one night. It was rather spooky being there alone. At least it was quiet for sleeping and the bed was comfortable. We won't be staying here again, that's for sure. I wish there was a way to get my money back!
Beautiful Victorian Inn on the pricy side. Good location.
No one is on property if you have a problem. We had problems with the heat. They need instructions for the thermostat. The room temp was 67which is good for sleep but not otherwise. We could only get one channel on the TV because there were no batteries in the remote. Parking lot is not large enough to get all guests in it. Needed more choice in teabags. Lovely setting but they need to up their services.
The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to the woman in charge and she came immedietly to fix it! So that was great. I'd visit again with my husband!
