I have to say the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is no reception, so you get an email with entry codes. Simple. The main annoyance was the cheap mattress through which you can feel and hear the springs. But if you have had a few drinks or are tired will not be a problem. And the loo seat was loose. But it's cheap and a shortish walk from the cathedral and city, so it's fine. Person emailing was nice too.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

It says free parking but only if it’s available - no real parking lots near by and on the road near by is 4 hours max and pricey.
Welcomed to the property with poo all over the steps so be careful.
Family room not family friendly - broken glass, loose cables, heater coming off the wall, window on the third floor that opens fully and can be very dangerous- we were in the family room so be careful. TV didn’t work, WiFi poor, boiling hot in the room. Messaged for help at 2pm when checking in and no reply until the morning.
Won’t be back and glad it was only one night otherwise we would have left.

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out.
Convenient location.
This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc.
A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

"We had an apartment separate to the main hotel, absolutely fine for what we wanted. Added bonus was that they had 3 EV chargers in the car park 2 of which werent working the first night, but after reporting this they were all working for the rest of our stay.
