Llanymynech Vacation Packages

We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!

I have travelled extensively both with work and leisure and have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent property, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a very good (and scenic) restaurant. I shall return......!

Great location, lovely room, helpful staff!

Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, bedding clean with protectors but bathroom tired, laminate floor in need of replacing. Could you hear upstairs walking round & plumbing.
